 More than just a Taxi service! This is by far the best taxi service in St. Petersburg. We were met at the airport on time by Nikolay who helped us with our luggage not only to the car but also into our apartment on the first floor. We used Nikolay most days for our 2 week trip, he was punctual and very accommodating when we changed our pick up times. Nikolay then went above and beyond by suggesting to best places to eat and visit, he even booked for us! We loved chatting whilst in the car, hearing all his stories was really interesting. I can honestly say that if you want a great service at a very reasonable price then this is who you should use.

 Easy to book, communication prior to flight was good with an email containing details of what to do on arrival and also what to do if you were delayed. Nikolay was very friendly, and we had an interesting and topical conversation on our drive to our destination and learnt something about St. Petersburg.

 I arranged a transfer from the city centre to the airport 1 day before needing it. I was going to use the taxi app, but you can't pre-book them if your ride is between 1AM and 6AM, and mine was. So glad I found Nicolay's taxi service online as it was the best taxi ride I have had whilst in St Petersburg! Nicolay picked me up on the dot at 4AM. As his English is excellent we had a very easy conversation all the way to the airport, and Nicolay told me some things about St Petersburg's history, and the buildings / canals in the city. Before I knew it we were at the airport. Next time I am St Petersburg I will not hesitate to contact him if I need a transfer or a taxi ride in the city.

 Perfect service end to end - Very Friendly Driver - Excellent English! Even though I am late in providing my review, I want to share with other visitors going to St Petersburg that this is THE taxi company you should choose! Apart from the fact that the driver was female (really important for me because I was travelling alone and it was my first time in Russia), she spoke great English and was very friendly. I liked also the fact that she was picked for all the bookings I made! Another important item is the Email notifications for my bookings and the clear process. I had all the confirmations very promptly coming to my inbox without ever needing to pick up the phone! Good job!!! Thank you very much.

 Alles pünktlich und zuverlässig geklappt! Mit Schild freundlich erwartet. Man muss nur etwas weiter zu einem Parkplatz laufen - ob es sinnvoll ist vorzubestellen (zu deutlich höheren Preis wie Taxi ca. 2-3x) muss jeder für sich selber entscheiden. Fahrer ist anstandslos über Bezahlautobahn gefahren um Stau zu umgehen- ich persönlich habe den gebotenen Service nicht bereut.

 Great airport transfer service - we booked Nikolay for the return journey too! Nikolay provided a fantastic airport transfer service. He met us at arrivals with a sign, then waited while we withdrew cash and bought a SIM card. Very comfortable vehicle and smooth ride, with some guided commentary en route. He let us wait in his vehicle until our AirBnB host arrived. He was so good we booked him on the spot for our return journey a few days later!

 Brilliant transfer service from a brilliant man! Our transfer was arranged with Nikolay about a week beforehand. He was responsive, proactive and clear during our communications about the transfer. When our flight arrived earlier than scheduled by 20 minutes, we saw a man in front of Starbucks holding our name. We were pleasantly surprised when he introduced himself as Nikolay. And we were in for a treat. For Nikolay is a well-travelled Russian gentleman who speaks excellent English. And he is so generous with sharing his intimate knowledge of his home, St. Petersburg and Russia. For example, we learnt of the "Big House" near our hotel. Nikolay also speaks Afrikaans and probably some Dutch. He also has Spanish, French and German-speaking partners. We do not hesitate to recommend this company for transfers in "Leningrad"! Highly recommended!

 We 4 met Nikolaj through An internet booking just for pick up from AirPort to hotel. We were very enthousiastic about his safe driving and the way he told us all about St Petersburg and making sure we arrived safe at the hotel reception in the middle of the night. We booked him the next day for a trip to Pushkin. He made an extra stop at no extra cost and learned us a lot about living in St Petersburg area, history and advised us on a nice lunch restaurant. On the way back he took a different route and brought us to a nice dinner area. And the last day he helped picking up out luggage and drove us, again by a nice different route back to the AirPort. It felt like we had an excellent, flexible, very kind and enthousiastic narator almost private driver who speaks perfectly good english and makes your stay in St Petersburg extra special!
