Russian Vodka Room № 1 Restaurant reproduces the atmosphere of the institution, which existed in the late 19th century in Russia. Viennese chairs and antique buffets, shabby parquet floors and lampshades create a wonderful atmosphere of a bygone era. Dishes and serving dishes also correspond to the style: faceted glasses and waffles for vodka, tea in glasses with Cup holders - and the dishes look like a hundred years ago.
The menu concept is based on dishes of Russian cuisine from different historical periods.
The chef Andrey Vlasov, who is rightly considered one of the best specialists in Russian cuisine in Russia, is engaged in recreating the recipes of the presented Russian culinary heritage. He is a multiple winner and prize-winner of city and national professional exhibitions, awards and competitions.
